A very thick raisin wine, the result of careful and meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar. The long stay in the "fruit cellar", the careful and periodic control of the bunches, makes the drying of the grapes a peculiar step in the vinification of this product.

Harvest: Second decade of October, by hand, selection of bunches, summer thinning
Vinification: Natural drying , fermentation for 15 days in steel tanks at a temperature of 24-26 ° C
Aging: 36 months in oak wood and 12 months in bottle
Alcohol content: (average) 14% vol.
Features:Ruby red color with purple reflections. Scent that initially evokes elegant notes of dried fruit and flowers along with hints of plum and black cherry under spirit. Spicy hints follow, with a finish of tobacco and chocolate notes. Soft and velvety taste, well balanced, with high elegance and persistence.
Pairings: Great meditation wine, excellent if drunk alone. Special if combined with mold cheeses or chocolate desserts, red fruit tarts, dry pastries.
Tips: Serve in a glass at a temperature of about 16-17 ° C, taking care to open the bottle for 1 h. before serving.
