After years of careful experimentation and through appropriate cultivation techniques, we obtain selections of grapes suitable for prolonged maceration in temperature-controlled fermenters, aging for 24 months in wood and completing refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months. Organoleptic characteristics: full-bodied flavor, marked by tannic and fresh cues, it is perfectly balanced and elegant. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections tending to garnet. These characteristics allow an excellent longevity. Potential aging 8-10 years and more.
Serving temperature: to be served cold at 18 ° C.
Food pairings: it is recommended to combine it with fatty meats such as pork and lamb or game. Excellent with all cheeses.
