Characteristics: Intense ruby red color. Initial notes of black cherry and elegant hints of undergrowth, in which strawberries and blueberries can be easily recognized. Fineness enhanced by final notes of mulberry and laurel. The taste has a remarkable elegance. The mineral sensations typical of the area are combined with the unique hints of fruit and spices of the Vernaccia Nera, a grape variety that expresses the maximum peculiarity in this wine.
Pairings : The best combination is with the grill, perfect also with first courses with meat sauce, cold cuts and red meats, semi-aged cheeses such as scamorza, pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano.
